Hello Everyone! Thanks for sharing your time to read up on this. We have begun official registration for our 1st Indy Car championship. For 2023 we've decided to add Americas top OpenWheel category to our stable of series. S1 will be the identifier for this championship. The online server will be on PreSeason Test tracks until March 15th, We'll then load Round 1 on 16th. Get all 4 preseason tracks in "series info" section on discord.

15 Scheduled Saturday Races over 6 months
9:00pm EST Qualifying (2 Hotlaps;Private)
Warmup
9:15pm EST Race

Series Highlights
- The Schedule will consist of 6 road courses, 2 street circuits, & 7 Oval tracks.
- "Road" Configuration body will be mandatory for all rounds. (INDY 500 will be only divergence from this rule)
- Both Tire Compounds must be used over a race distance.
- 32 Entries, Top 20 Score Points each race.
- Awards for Season Ending Podium

Apologies to our European drivers, their weren't many timeslots available. You are welcome to hop in & hit your expresso on race night.

Welcome everyone. Good initial 7 days of drivers joining the channel. Great to see IndyCar does have some interest in rF2 community. Remember to choose a car, so that your on the entry list. Just enter name & number on the "series registration" tab to your left.

Link above will then update. Channel will be quiet for another 8 days or so until Round 1 is loaded on server. Their is a preseason server online with 2 Oval Tracks & 2 Road Courses for you to build base setups if you'd like.

Everyone is invited to a multi-league event @Circuit Paul Ricard. This event will use Closed cockpit prototypes with 3 chassis and 2 classes to choose from. For overall victory you must register for Pro class. The Pro-Am class is for drivers who prefer GT power with prototype downforce/drivability accompanied with a shorter race distance.

It is PRO driver responsibility to pass safely. PRO-AM drivers stay on racing line. Both classes have to Accept Time will be lost and gained throughout your race.

Be ready for Qualifying. Session will be private and you have 2 laps to get your grid position. When that clock hits 0, its going to warmup, even if your on hotlap. We want all drivers on track at same time.


Rules & Regulations
* All finishers will get automatic entry into the next event if they chose to participate. Which is the Daytona 2.4 in January.
* Damage 50%.
* To create more race strategy, All 3 Compounds must be used during race in ALL classes. NO MIXTURE OF COMPOUNDS during pitstop.

* We will use VRC Starting procedure for the race. Race will start with a manual formation under speed limiter. The field must follow in SINGLE FILE. Drivers shall maintain a safe but reasonable distance to other drivers, following the order based on starting position. The Green Flag Zone will be posted below. Your Speed Limiter shall be set until your car passes Green Zone. Drivers can not pass before the Green Zone.

Hey bro. Im trying to get back into racing full time also. Truck Delivery driver killed my simracing career.  :D :D :D. my passion still here though.... Gotta get everyone back on one accord. Guys are still doing league races on Monday, Thurs, & Sunday (GT,P2). Servers are at top for all those leagues.
This site will just be like before, to bring all members into one room every now and then for special events. I have No plans to host a league.

Theres been a Tire test as we wait for the Canada GP track to be released. Drivers were given 3 sets to test at Catalunya and give feedback for an update for the Canadian round. Most have given there thumbs up for the A" set.  Through 6 rounds drivers have been stating wear is a bit too high. Trying to find a suitable wear rate was the reason for the test.
